drift oyster bar

In pursuit of a casual, yet upscale neighborhood seafood restaurant, Chef Turbush teamed up with ai3 for the third time to bring this oasis to life.

For Chef Doug Turbush, success lies in passion. Chef/Owner Doug Turbush’s third venture, Drift, is an effort to exceed expectations and raise the bar of his two previous restaurants, Seed and Stem. In pursuit of a causal, yet upscale neighborhood seafood restaurant, Chef Turbush teamed up with ai3 for the third time to bring this oasis to life.
